Sell Ad-On Services

Friday, July 3rd, 2009

The separation of all these tasks has helped our salon and spa give more attention to each client, improve customer service and efficiency, and sell ad-on services. For example, having more time to spend with our callers enabled us to start asking if they would like to book a manicure with their haircuts. Tracking shows that at least 15 out of every 100 clients asked said yes, and that alone pays for the receptionist’s day. An even bigger (more…)

Target

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

Tonight I go with my wife to a mall just to look for white shirt for her. Nothing special moment for this week even the calendar show the fifth day of this month. I don’t see any sale programs during this week, not like previous ordinary months ago.

If I saw since two years ago, a super active program already launched in every mall to increase their sales an reach their target and bonuses. If we talk about target, our mind will run into marketing world. Nothing will excuse about sales target because actually the company life will hang on the number of sale so every single target will lead the company step in the future.

Market and Sales

Wednesday, February 18th, 2009

I just talk with my friend, a colleague from another department. We talk about electronic device that offered some company in current promotional season. The offer is very interesting for every one because the price has cut until 70%, especially for older stock and older models. After new model launched, actually the positioning of previous model become lower and the price will go down (could be until 50% less).

Nothing is wrong if they cut off the older models because actually they want to get profit as much as (more…)

What a world of shifting business currents we live in! How can you be expected to meet your sales management goals when the tides of change have become a constant condition? Sometimes these tides move in steadily, and other times they surprise us as they suddenly surge up from unknown waters. For some reason, though, they never seem to pause and rest. Sell Your Product and Turn Your Money

Thursday, December 11th, 2008

I think every salesman or shop owner agree the idea to sell their product as soon as possible because with the cash they can do anything to grow their business. If faster we can sell our products, more benefit will be achieved. How could? For example we sell weight loss products with profit of every sold product is $1 and in a day normally we can sell around 10 products. But if we try harder to sell it for 15 pieces, so in a day we can get profit $15 plus we can keep our stock in the same day.

To improve our business we can manage our stocks base on demand of market. If we analyze that there are some products still required by market in big quantity, we can add stock little bit higher than normal stocks. For the rare product we can reduce the stock quantity. So always open your mind, eye and ear for the market demand.

Get Into Sales

Sunday, October 26th, 2008

The fourth source of self-made millionaires in America is salespeople and sales consultants. Fully five percent of self-made millionaires are men and women who are experts and at the top of their fields in selling. They never started their own businesses. Very few of them went to college or earned professional degrees. Instead, they became very good at selling their product or service, and were paid well for doing it. In addition, they managed their money well, invested it intelligently, and took good care of it until they were millionaires or better.

Fully 99% of self made millionaires in America come from these four categories.

· Self-owned businesses, 74 percent;

· Senior executive positions, 10 percent;

· Doctors, lawyers and other professionals,10 percent;

· Salespeople and sales consultants, five percent:.

The final one percent of self made millionaires includes all the people who have made their money in the stock market, with inventions, in show business, through the authorship of books and songs, as lottery winners, and all other sources.
