When I make a renovation of my house, I try to make a list for needs to implement in my house. Here is containing of my list:
- Wooden door
- Wooden roof
- Wall Paper for every room
- Zero radius sinks for two kitchens
- Energy saving lamps
- Door and window lock
That all is just main need for my new house even actually there is another big cost for property contractor that I divide from my list. This is because the fee is fixed for whole contract.
I hire a contractor to do renovation because of I didn’t want to thing detail in property and they are the one for this. So I just give global design and they can do as per my streamline on detail. Using contractor can save our money and time and the other thing we can get a guarantee for few month for their work result. That’s the most importance
