Nothing is special with her life style but when I see in deep detail I still don’t understand why her body still good enough fit. Why I ask her about the tips to keep the fit body, she answers that sport and correct diet will have a good effect on our body. For the sport she likes to do continue walking around the block for 2 until three times every morning and beside that she always account the calories income from her foods every day, not less and not more.
