When I open my computer, I feel it works too slowly than previous days ago. I don’t know what happened with my computer. I try to open my active directory containing my system and programs then start to scan this directory. After waiting for few minutes I see there are some troubles with active directory management. Look like there is virus on my disk because there is multiple name of file and the problem is only for folder and for Microsoft Word only. The next step is using some active directory tools to check the hardware condition and the result is no problem for the hardware.
I decide to repair the OS but look like there is no big effect on the performance so I continue with formatting the directory. I hope this way can solve all problems and I can start use my computer. I wait for around two hour for formatting, install new OS and some others programs. Finally it work normal again…thanks God!
