Every person want to get a job to get survive with the life because nothing can e do without money and money never come if we never work. Job for normal life is a big home work for government because the government has a responsibility to provide jobs field for its citizen but actually the number of available jobs always smaller than number of job seeker, so there are so many unemployed people.
Beside the limited available jobs, there is a resistant on employment screening. The problem is company only wants a good qualified employee and that qualification makes the competition between job seeker become tighter and more difficult. The one thing that can people do is always upgrades their skill and capabilities to win the competition of work because the option is one: work or no money!
