Today I open some sites to find information about call to phone using internet. I found some related sites with my keyword and I try to surf deeper to each site. Some sites offer VOIP technology which allows people to do PC to Phone call and it will reduce the cost. Other site has a new technology; phone call recording software. This software will be useful for big company on customer service division and combine it with natural voices software because this software could help the customer service speak clearly to customer.
I try to search deeper about VOIP and all comparison on fee and equipment support, then suddenly I have an idea to combine VOIP with telephone recording software PC and computer. This combination will be a good idea for next business of a company on the future, especially if added with AT&T natural voices because there was a result of ATT natural voices review and already published in some countries that this software could help their company
Even we can buy and using recording software but we have to be careful on the usage and purpose. This can be a friction with privacy of individual or company because basically if we do telephone conversation recording it mean we know every privacy conversation with detail so we should have a legal license from government.
