As an employee, there is one important key beside regular salary that should I got from company. That’s health insurance. Why I need it? Because I need it to protect me and my family when stay in unfit condition. With this I can focus with my job and never worry with condition of my family.

That‘s a sample when our company has good program for health of employee, but when we got nothing what should we do? If we have enough fund allocation better if we join into a life insurance, may be for a couple. We can start sorting from the regular fee that should be paid monthly, may be we can sort from cheap life insurance then further to the more expensive one. Beside the monthly fee we have to check on detail for features offered then compared with the fee. Is it good balance for our compensation?

Be careful before you decide which one will be your protection and pay attention on some weakness of each, because it will be your future umbrella when “rain season” comes
